1 — Is it us?
Check the live status page before anything else. If the app is down, we already know and we're on it.
2 — Common fixes
- Can't log in — request a fresh sign-in link; old links expire. Check spam.
- Stuck or blank screen — fully close the app and reopen it. On desktop, hard-refresh.
- Payment or subscription — email us with the address you signed up with.
- Wrong or missing data — don't delete anything; email us first so we can look.
